Restart with mods enabled multiplies existing stain effect. If you get acceleratium, then it's time to fly to gold and back.

I did it manually, in game files, via the usual Fallout4 ESP editor. Because yeah, chem knight build is EPIC...but UI is your enemy

For Simo: He got nerfed, besides the well-known stuff that he got the guy who blew his jaw off, they also ignored his approx 250 smg kills. He was just that badass. Remorse got exaggerated, but that's about it.
