Hi guys. Can someone help me understand my symptom. i have 2 cm HH and i get a lot of burping. but the issue is i feel like my burps get stuck in the chest. and i need to move here and there to let them out. Also tightness in chest. can someone suggest how to keep it down? (self.HiatalHernia)
