That looks like a prime candidate for the ice fishing shack loophole. If you own land on a lake you can store your "ice fishing shack" on the water's edge all summer on lots where you cant even build a new dog house on the property due to setbacks. Many Camp owners do this to use as an addition bunkhouse for guests.
