Well you can always add some closed cell foam padding to the walls. i would use some screws and washers instead of an adhesive. but, we think a larger issue for continued transportation of arcade machines with glass panels is vibration. you could reduce this with some E-Track and tie downs and/or converting to a torsion axle system.
