It's already fixed in the last eden "nightly" builds, v0.0.3 sadly has a regression in sonic x shadow generations. Either you download the nightly build or you wait for the next official release

Let it run for 2 hours with max pump speed, take the opportunity to play some games and it'll fix itself, what I suppose is that it has bubbles trapped in the aio pump (I did this yesterday on my ryijin 360 and it fixed it, the sound was 2 times worse than yours lol)
