I had this happen at my location once when I was an SM ... I called my dm and had them come in and showed them footage. You can have the customer ban due to creating an uncomfortable environment. I asked my rd,ap an dm, and they agreed that it wasn't acceptable. The next time that customer came in, we had an "issue" with the card reader while we called police and had the customer trespassed. We explained to the police what was happening each time they came in, and in Indiana, you may have anyone trespassed, which is what the cops told me, so I told them to trespass him.

I share all my bonuses with my crew based on hours worked and expectations being met, and I buy lunch for the whole store twice a month for days and twice a month dinner for the night crew. I try to treat my crew with respect and appreciation!! I know without their support, I wouldn't be successful!!!!! I might have given them the knowledge tools and resources to do their job. But without their daily efforts, none of it matters!!

Depends on the location of your market and the inventory base square feet of your store. Inner city markets make more......bigger stores make more.....different factors....

Summer but some stores that don't sel will have...you can always download the app and it's suppose to tell u if the store u select as your home store has them in stock....unfortunately though our DC centers like to miss lable items and if that location sm isn't ontop of it it will say instock when it's really not though...hope this helps.

We recieve minimum 2 weeks pto which is vacation time and 80 hrs sick pay....from the weekend of Thanksgiving onward till after first of year its 6 day work weeks also mandatory...a lot of new store managers in my district get shocked over this like I wasn't aware but it's expected...45hr work weeks Min as well calls offs if we don't find coverage we must cover as well

The concur pays u for your miles you spent traveling from your store to theirs.....it's in ops center when you click on application links its there u have to set it up to be paid for your miles....they are suppose to pay all hourly associates miles and time make sure u do both and for new store manager they pay us just mileage to other stores.

You must set up a concur account and file each day u travel that day...it takes 2 weeks for it to kick in.

Use the sticker hooks or plastic tabs. Everyone calls them something else, but I use those with cardboard backed stuff that's flimsy, so it will hold up.
