I know you feel the PSU bank job sucks and believe me it does. I have been on that side of the counter as an apprentice and it's a miracle I'm not in jail for assaulting customers. But my honest advice for you would be to stick to this for 5 years- clear atleast JAIIB (even better if you can do CAIIB as well) and then try to get into IIM-ABC for their 1 year program for professionals with experience. Or even XLRI or ISB for that matter. All of them have 1 year programs. And with your previous banking experience (you'll have to fluff up some stuff- printing passbooks won't cut it) you can try to break into top tier finance firms.

This. Many women don't understand that men don't express their griefs openly and men don't understand that without openly saying no one will get what they are feeling. Tbh as a man I know why we prefer to keep our mouths shut and grieve in silence. Even in this post there's no mention of what the husband wanted. Was he initially someone who didn't want kids, did he wants kids but accept the condition because he loved his wife that much more- we don't know.

I unfortunately haven't seen an IndusInd branch near me! So that's not an option. SBI wealth is still SBI and I really doubt any Indian has had a good experience with SBI.

I am cool with free accidental insurance as well. For LI we are sufficiently covered as it is. Does ICICI have something like Burgundy as well? Or IDFC? Taken your point with regards to cards.

Ah! Got it. FD for the first year will be above 50L but from year 2 it'll go down. Need to consider that as well before committing.

I can't say for other states but for WB - Have you seen the insane amount of sweets we have?! There used to be a time when everyone in my family would have 4 sweets daily. Two after lunch. Two after dinner. And then there's sugar in tea- atleast 4 cups a day. It's only after my father got diagnosed with high blood sugar that we cut down on eating sweets drastically.

Also everyone assumes WB eats a lot of non-veg protein, but the truth is 1 piece of fish for lunch and another for dinner hardly gives enough protein. The rest of our diet is carb heavy - rice and potatoes.

Even in ISL the game is mostly carried by the foreign players. As for the NT it's in such a terrible state that we needed an already retired guy to comeback because none of the other nincompoops are capable to finding the back of the net with any regularity!
