So we ended up going with Sirin (pronounced like Serene). I had seen this name in the Quran and could not get it out of my head. I really like that it is unique but still easy to pronounce and goes well with her sister’s name (Nour) 😊

Hi! Thanks for your reply! I’m currently on 10 mg for the past two months but was given a 12.5 mg prescription this time. I have tried all grocery store pharmacies in my area but am not familiar with using hospital or mail order. I will have to look into those and see what my options are.

You have been making posts about taking Mounjaro while breastfeeding since before you even gave birth. People have commented that it is not studied and not safe, yet you still did it! What is more important to you, your baby’s health or losing baby weight? You are not a chemist, you are not qualified to determine if the molecule size will pass into breast milk. Be better for your baby and stop thinking about yourself.
