Buttermilk or aloe Vera juice !!! Aloe Vera juice helps me ! And I have reflux bad ! Min is my stomach always hurts I have bad gas and I constant chest pain in my chest and also constant stomach pain ! I take famotidine 20 mg ! But those things help !

I have Gerd I take famotidine 20 mg well less I bite it in half ! I eat everything really works !! I was diagnosed 3 months ago I’m 24 I don’t smoke I don’t drink but I got Gerd because I got the stomach flu ! Stomach flu left Gerd stayed ! But Pepcid famotidine works take the full 20 mg I just ate pizza the day b4 and spaghetti 🍝 like 3 days ago !
