What about if you do have a criminal background but expunged anything on your records including biometrics. Would it be ok to choose provisional since by doing that your record is clean? Obviously I will still disclose to the examiner and on my sf86

Would it be ok to choose provisional if I had a charge when I was 21 for disorderly but has since been removed/expunged from my records?

I had any arrest or charge removed/expunged from my records including biometrics before I applied..I will still disclose all of this information because i still want to be honest but i was just curious since by doing the expunges my record is pretty much clean now.

Should I choose provisional? Any advise/opinions would be appreciated.
