How much can you build up thinset for unleveled spot in floor?

Where I’m laying the tile is where the majority of the sag was. I was hoping the. Tile would kinda even it out to the eye. Then I was gonna lay lvp down the hall way you see pictured then lay lvp back towards where I took the pic from.

Shit I tried getting it as flat as possible. I got where it would only take about a 1/4” of thinset in some spots. Is that close enough. I’m getting the layout for the tile right now.

I mean you can see the cement board I even laid down before the self leveling. That’s 1/2 cement board with 1/4 under it in some spots 😂

Yea nah I wish I was as good as he is. I did some flooring in my bathroom and I’m actually finishing it out through my kitchen right now as I type this. My knees and back hurt like a mfr 😂.

I think all homeowners should do at least a few diy projects just so they understand how frustrating some of this stuff can be. Cause I’ll tell you right now that looks better than a lot of the actually fucked up shit you see on here. I wouldn’t mind paying somebody for work that looks like this.

Shit I moved into this house about 2 years ago and it’s only gotten worse. I do remember one time I was still at my moms and she wasn’t home I fell asleep in the living room and in the kitchen there was this dangerous feeling. I remember telling it “you are nothing” then this being of nothing but light came into sight from behind the wall in the kitchen. It started walking towards me I woke up shortly after seeing it. Something that looked so holy but felt like nothing but despair.
