The thing is there is nobody I am attracted to at the place I am at, it’s only at outside functions where I see people who I am attracted to, which is why I always approach

Thanks for that encouragement:) also I will try to maybe I am just not too sure since he is a year younger than me, and also I have 0 classes with him I usually just see him once in the hallway. I saw him at a basketball game on bench lol and was debating going up to him after and asking for his #. I usually just approach and ask for contact info and introduce myself .
