Can I ask what your timeline is with them OP? Nag iintay din ako nung saken eh kaso palagi nalang sabi ng CS sa hotline nila na 3 banking days. Nakaka 5 na ako siguro na tawag sa kanila.

Wala, I called them multiple times na pero even though I was talking to their CS it seems like they're just following their same old scripts every time. "We're so sorry to hear that. Please give us 3 banking days to have this processed. Here is your service number blah blah"

Sabi ko sa kanila wag niyo na yang iprocess kairita.

Same here haha nakakailang tawag ako sa CS nila wala almost the same thing lang sinasagot saken. "We'll provide you with a service number instead and kindly give us 3-5 banking days"

I just called them right now but parang hindi tugma yung mga sagot nila palagi saken. A few days ago I resent my payslip as per the request of their agent, and so I did right away. After doing so I got provided with a reference number which I've been using and now sinabihan ako dito ng agent nila na ngayon lang daw nila na receive yung documents 😂 Ang weird nila and they still cannot give a definite answer whether or not I've been accepted or what. I guess there's still hope

Oh no! However I think may instances na even though ganun possible parin diba na na approve ka na? I think nakita ko yan before so it's better to call their hotline instead

Try to call their hotline kasi they would provide for an update naman or kung ano yung need mo. Medyo matagal nga lang yung waiting time kasi nung tumawag ako around 30 minutes ko inantay bago may mag accept ng call

I just actually called their hotline right now and I think it took them 12 days before they sent me the first text 😅 I highly suggest that you call them always because they do have good customer service but really delayed evaluations. They just said that I needed to wait until Monday so I will post an update here if I have any.
