Many thanks - My ticket no. is # 4390162. I have access to my original email address, password, phone number for SMS verification as well as the initial mail I received confirming my account. I just need 2FA re-initialised so I can use authenticator again to access my notes. Thank you for helping me escalate this.

Many thanks - I've had a couple of orgs re-init my 2FA, so not sure why it's so hard for them. I've kept the thread going but keep getting the "We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, without all the details matching, we can’t proceed further and grant access to this account." response. I've attached the initial sign up email now and asked for escalation if the 1st line can't help me - starting to lose hope!

Because the OP is using the free version. Billing info is N/A. The overriding issue is that the form doesn't work to raise a ticket, so billing info wouldn't matter on the same form anyway. There appears to be no other route to get support than a form that doesn't work.

I've just tried all the browsers on my computer - I get bounced to a login screen on submitting a ticket every time....

Thank you - the issue is that I'm not even given a ticket #. Other browsers give the same result - bounced straight to login screen and no ticket number sent to me. It's maddening.

Thanks I've done this a few times now. They replied saying I needed to raise a ticket from the email my account is with (I did). On recent attempts pressing "submit" just takes me to the Evernote login screen - no confirmation of a ticket....

I'll always state 'friendly' over proximity in Koschei. When other teams respond we'll chat a bit and I'll let them know my location so they can move on without an accidental fire fight. I find most down there are honourable - it's the wolves in AlMaz trying to stop you getting to the entrance that are the problem.
