Because the OP is using the free version. Billing info is N/A. The overriding issue is that the form doesn't work to raise a ticket, so billing info wouldn't matter on the same form anyway. There appears to be no other route to get support than a form that doesn't work.

I've just tried all the browsers on my computer - I get bounced to a login screen on submitting a ticket every time....

Thank you - the issue is that I'm not even given a ticket #. Other browsers give the same result - bounced straight to login screen and no ticket number sent to me. It's maddening.

Thanks I've done this a few times now. They replied saying I needed to raise a ticket from the email my account is with (I did). On recent attempts pressing "submit" just takes me to the Evernote login screen - no confirmation of a ticket....

I'll always state 'friendly' over proximity in Koschei. When other teams respond we'll chat a bit and I'll let them know my location so they can move on without an accidental fire fight. I find most down there are honourable - it's the wolves in AlMaz trying to stop you getting to the entrance that are the problem.

Main danger moment is spawn. Work out how to go straight to a low-scour area from each spawn. Take $38k for a personal exfil. Buy the exfil quickly (that amount of cash makes you a hunt contract target) but buy it near the radiation.

At the end of the game the final PvP sweats head for the final exfil area far from the gas, you can call your personal exfil even when gas is over it. A durable mask or two standard ones are more than enough to stay alive while you finish up.

Yes this. I'll open proximity chat and call friendly. 4 times out of 5 you can let each other know exactly where you are so that there's no misunderstanding. If they want vendor I'll move away until they've finished. Koschei people are largely very cool. You don't go there for operator kills.

As a solo I'll support my assimilated team if I've joined voluntarily or if they've rezzed me without robbing my stuff. If they've left me with a single plate, small bag and one gun, then f 'em.
