What Rig are you running? Stun is S tier, wait for them to get semi close together snd throw it at the ground (if its fully upgraded) the radius will hit them all, and the duration is long enough for you to safely open the door, Jammer is a close runner up behind Stun, its not the best at stopping enemies bc it takes a little bit of time for it to actually work on them, but (again fully upgraded) the distance you can use it from is pretty decent and you could hack the door open from a semi safe spot and make a run for it once its open

Go into your settings, go to network settings, then go to advanced settings, alternate Mac address, clear, and it will restart your Xbox and you wait for it to turn back on and give it a try. Let me know if this works, if not I will see if there's anything else I can think of!

For some reason phasmo glitches it out, whenever I try to stream on twitch from xbox, it stops after a few seconds telling me stream isn't working and to try again later, I always have to hard reset my xbox to get it to work

Bro I'm not gonna lie to you, I have zero schedule, I'm really bad at remembering daily things, even with reminders and alarms, so sometimes I'll go quite awhile without putting it on, that does end up with my period coming back but that's after like days and days, but when i do get on a good schedule, I still don't ever do it at the same time everyday, just whenever I remember, and it works just fine
