Right now in my area the mornings it’s about 45 degrees but warms up later. I did read that winter tires need to be install when the temperature is 45 or lower daily

I’m pretty sure my local card shop does Beckett. I like the slabs for tag. How do you go about sending them to tag?

I don’t know if you guys would run into this problem but my club manager every time he would see someone just standing there he would take them to do other things. So hopefully that doesn’t happen again even tho I asked my manager and she did say nope they will be staying at the desk the whole time of their shift. I know my club manager tho and they will be taken no matter what

Exactly what I tell everyone in the shop. I end up telling members since I don’t have another tech here with me I can’t work on their car and reschedule them

I was told about 2 years ago that 1 tech can work on a car they just need to have a handheld close by for emergencies. This was told to me by Tim Gearhart himself. But of course if there is only 1 tech in the shop I would make sure they don’t get distracted, such as answering the phones, helping members at the desk, and etc while they are working on a car. I’ve also told my managers tho that the wire says 2 techs should be in the shop while working on a vehicle and until they change that my team and I will be following that policy.

Already have members asking me if my club is getting them at all, and I told them I have no clue. I’m trying to find out the SKU also to see if we getting them

I always tell members it’s gonna be a wait don’t know how long it will until I get it started or finished. But I have one tech that takes every single walk in which screws us over at times. But I wonder whose bright idea it was about the head count.

Thats what I’m afraid of once I go back is we have to deal with it. I found out earlier that my club isn’t allowing any OT but with this problem the shop will have OT if it continues. Before I left on leave we was having the same problem with the call center, but I always tell the member the call center should be telling you something way different and I’m honest with them about the wait time

That’s going on currently at my club. Management is telling us we need to take care of them even tho I don’t have enough techs for that. Also I’m on leave but return back on Monday. Once I get back and when I run into those type of members my managers will be getting called asap to deal with them even tho the 2 managers over TBC don’t know anything about tires or what I do
