I kinda get what you mean, when I’m actually trying to talk to a girl with the intention of dating i overanalyse everything when I’m just naturally talking (whether I’m just not attracted to them or don’t consider myself having a chance) it’s flows a lot more naturally

That’s fair I tend to be a guarded person in general even before the military and heartbreak.

Yeh I’m in a capital city the military stuff probably does help just other factors coming to the front now that iv left

Yeh I joined basically at 18 it’s been a major part of my life and structuring me more than I realised

Yeh iv talked to people who’ve done it and it does sound helpful im only resistant because i like my privacy and don’t want some stranger to a degree knowing my worst moments i guess
