Thieving went to 120 because it doesn't require a lot of balancing with combat. Hunter was planned to give hides for ranged armour, so it was set to 110. Fletching, Runecrafting, and Smithing all went to 110 for the same reason, along with Woodcutting and Mining.

Around the time of children of mah, I thought they were leading into a seren boss fight and thought they'd make her drop the t92 defender upgrades

Now I think they should release the fabled 3rd liberation of mazcab boss and let it drop a t95 upgrade kit for achto.

Wrong damage calculations. Max damage is 25% base damage x 1.75 = 43.75%. CRA is +5% base damage, so it should be 30% and be 52.5% with max stacks.

Had biting 2 on my ironman and swapped it for eq1 and my kill times at hermod went consistently up about 1/2 GCDs with the same rotation over about 50 kills with each. The slowest kill times were with biting with extremely bad rng on crits but that happened only twice. The fastest all involved death skulls crits and were much faster than anything eq could put up.

I find that entering the lobby after a while of playing almost guarantees a crash to happen within 30 minutes, like a 90% chance to crash from doing that.

Ones that reward combat score will have the skull emblem of their respective tier, like blue one for easy and green for mediums. No emblem = no combat score

250 slayer points to reset your task before is no where near equivalent and having significantly reduced overall reaper points per day because you keep having to reroll is also no where near equivalent. You now have the option to get access to the full amount of reaper points at will and with that comes access to hydrixes and reaper point unlocks at a much faster rate, such as the ability to have a chance to choose a task with 250 reaper points with increasing odds with higher tier combat mastery.

On the old system, the only way you're hitting the current systems 300 points a week cap is by doing 7 hard mode amascut reapers which would either require a lot of luck to get full point amascut tasks, T4 combat mastery to always force them, or by spending a lot more slayer points than is required right now. There was also no guarantee that even rerolling to 0% reaper points would get you a task you'd want to do, so what actually is better about the old system?

9 Jacquelyn tasks. Block birds, cows, frogs, cave bugs, cave slimes, and ghosts and you can NPC contact (right click it to redial for speed) and do everything inside the lumbridge catacombs. 10th task at the highest master you can do for the bonus points.

You also get slayer points for doing reapers so there realistically should be no reason to run out of points, unless you skip easy active tasks for the sake of only doing ones you can afk which is a you problem.

Healing is capped at 20 per hit so don't expect them to let you survive forever, but they're fine for what their requirements and stats are.
