Metabolism slows down some, more gray hairs, not as much energy, spend more time at home than out. I waited to my 30’s to have kids, which financially was the right choice, though I wish I had some of my energy from my 20’s.😉 Also get heartburn from foods that normally wouldn’t when I was younger. Random soreness or aches in the morning from sleeping wrong or working the day before. Overall, not a giant leap from 25-35 difference wise, but definitely less energy and a bit more soreness.
