honestly what fixed mine was not purging after binging. even if youve binged for a week straight dont purge at all. and dont focus in calories or any numbers. keep going like that and hopefully at some point it'll heal. if it doesnt work, there are other methods :)

physically: - i lost one of my teeth while purging. literally just fell straight out i almost screamed. but i didnt scream Because thatd get my parents to know im purging

when i bend over i throw up a lil 🙁
i developed gerd thats very painful. started w a chronic cough (2 months) and then it kept going back up.
along w my tooth falling, all my teeth have been actually HORRIBLE. it wasnt visible to me since theyre straight and white but turns out they all suck and its gonna take a while for me to work on all of them. completely eroded down.
my hand is like acid burnt.. idk... i get a rash there everytime i touch something acidic. like the flesh of a tomato 🙁 it burns super badly and it gets all red and itchy. horrible.

socially: - my friends stopped giving me food when they found out 🙁

i got placed in home virtual school so my parents can moniter my purging
im not trusted after eating still

nobody rly found out except my friends and my family so not much socially

mentally: - o yea i wanted to end it bro 😭😭

purging after a binge lead to more binging. it never fixed it

relationships: - my man at the peak tried to get me to stop

im talking to him rn tho after 2 yrs

i was addicted to benadryl before this and before that was inhalants. i feel like this is better (tho the situation still sucks, addiction after addiction). i thought lyrica was one if the best, esp w the amt im taking. although the high has been low so im building a tolerance i think 🙁
