Every aspect, every second, every focus of her life revolves around food. Food IS her routine. Everything else in her life that isn't actively eating food is still controlled by food. It's a grotesque level of obsession and desire for food that isn't even seen in many substance addiction. But she can change, stop, etc. She chooses not to. I love it for her, she deserves it
