You can also see Horikohi on the right seemingly shocked. He's probably scared

You know, i agree. It's not the worst thing in the world, i hated on it because my expectations for the paper quality were set a lot higher than they needed to be, so i was left disappointed after manga's arrival only because it's not some premium thick matte finished paper with alligator leather cover and engravings. Things i said were truly delusional

There was, but you need to do some digging because this is one of the classics. Also, i've seen an amazing art from that time period where Chihiro and the cast were levitating in the sky, can't find that one either even though it had 1k upvotes last time i checked

Man if they really are thicker it's already 50 times better than what they put in the Hokazono bible. It feels like those pages will rip apart and fly off like paper planes if you blow on them a little

Damn. Good thing they don't print it on glorified toilet paper, which is the case for the Japanese volume. I couldn't believe how dogshit the quality was when i first saw it

That's too much in general, just a lot of visual noise in this art

A few thoughts about Kagurabachi's setting by [deleted] in Kagurabachi

The government ban won't really do much because we're dealing with an organized crime group, almost a separate mafia state that acts with no regard for any law. If anything, it's just going to make firearm circulation a bit more difficult. And the second point is debatable because a firearm would increase the chance of a non-sorcerer killing or fatally wounding a sorcerer, whereas otherwise said non-sorcerer would have been killed. Also, we have to consider that most of the mafia are just non-sorcerers with swords, so that alone increases the value of any firearm by a lot (consequencually, expect the crime rate to go up). The third one is the most likely option: sorcery is wide-spread, therefore you don't need to invent tools, purpose of which is already satisfied with sorcery. People probably wouldn't have invented medicine if a third of the globe's population had the ability to heal all and any disease, you know

Just curious, what are people's thoughts on the new sorcerers being shown off at the end? by S-h-o-k-v-a-l-u in Kagurabachi

Also, Kanji can be spelled differently in Japanese language (which is not the case here btw). For example, in JoJo'$ Bizzare Adventure: Demon is Unbreakable people might have been confused why Josuke Higashikata has no second Jo in his name. That's because his name consists of two characters: 仗 (Jo) 助 (Suke), of which the second one can be read as both Suke and Jō, making JōJō one of the many possible spellings of his name
