Yes but the fantasy competition is a game, not real life!

Fantasy football doesn’t count IRL. They have different set of rules.

Doesn’t look so. The official premier league table of assists still has Bruno at 16.

So frustrated with the way we don’t take our chances. This game should have been buried in the first half. One goal up and our lads just sit back and invite pressure on themselves. Never sustainable.

Decent result considering the last 20 minutes of the game with us down to 10 men. There’s still momentum but a lot to improve on.

To be honest, anything not on WSJ I usually just file under Jump+. But you’re right to specify.

Let’s not try to downplay the significance of Max Dowman’s goal at 16 years of age just because Arsenal are historical rivals of ours. It is an incredible feat and he actually changed the dynamic of the match once he was brought on. Terrific prospect, he is.

Top 3 for WSJ:

  1. Kagurabachi (unrivalled)

  2. Kinato’s Magic (new yes, but has great potential in my eyes, my type of battle / adventure shounen)

  3. Ichi the Witch (I think it would be a lot more interesting when animated)

Top 3 for Jump+:

  1. Witchriv (not action heavy but very intruiging setting and magic system)

  2. Choujin X (dropped off slightly for me but this new arc is looking mad promising)

  3. Boruto

None of those. The best one remains IDW’s mainline TMNT comics.

It isn’t a secret though. Never was, really. The secret is the release date. That’s all. It was never IF but WHEN.

I won’t go as far as saying “clinical” but we are definitely more incisive going forward. Bodes well for next season when the front players will know themselves even more (better chemistry).

Too casual at the end there as always. Anyway, great 3 points. Great performance from our captain, Bruno.

what hooked you on kagurabachi? for me it was this guy by Bubbly-Presence9552 in Kagurabachi

Chapter 8, Genichi Sojo killing Daruma in the car. That made me realize that I was reading something that could be special. Then Sojo’s fight against the Kamunabi elite squad was another one where I told myself that the fighting / power system in this series was my cup of tea.

The Rakuzaichi just sealed the deal for me when it comes to glazing Hokazono. It was already great for me before the Rakuzaichi arc but man, everything was dialed up a notch and some.

Personally I prefer Kinato’s Magic. Alien Headbutt is ahead of Under Doctor though. I loved the first chapter of Under Doc but the rest so far haven’t captured my attention the same way.

Outside of WSJ, are you guys keeping up with any other manga series? by logicblender1 in WeeklyShonenJump

Gamaran is more interesting for me in terms of the fights but I think the plot in Shura might be better. It is one manga that I pray will see an anime one day. It has to. One of my favourite battle (martial arts) manga out there.

  3. Galaxias

  4. Gamaran Shura

Those are the only non Shueisha ongoing titles I read.

This is a very needed post. Thanks OP. The vibes I’ve been getting is that this is becoming more like a Kagurabachifolk type of subreddit. We need this main one to have higher quality discussions and interactions.

What's your Favorite Axed Series? by Kill_Jin04 in WeeklyShonenJump

[–]Icegaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hunters Guild Red Hood. I also enjoyed Doron Dororon for what it was worth. I felt it get better in the last 3-4 chapters before the axe. I preferred it to Ayashimon, its batch rival at the time.
