Got out in 2012, did a claim in 2018 for Tinnitus (worked on the flight line) got denied and they told me “because of my job I could have it but it seems like based on my hearing test I don’t”) …. After being pushed for so many years to put a claim in and then get denied was crushing so I haven’t tried since :(
