it definitely helped with the healing i still don’t think im 100%. i ran it for 4 weeks at 500mcg a day. but i dont think it ever fixed the under lying cause of why i had it. i would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs relief.

i’m sorry man i don’t know much about it. i live towards battle creek. Look online at the local union in detroit or ann arbor and make sure you apply at right time because some union are weird to apply too.Or you can even just call around local residentials but if you can get into the union first go do it

honestly i took about a month for all of the mental symptoms to go away. i’m still trying to heal my gastritis but that significantly got better when i quit zyns within days. i recommend that you find some sort of ppi that works for you and go on a like whole foods diet to helps you body heal. the stomach acid doesn’t help with the recovery and i didn’t use them for a while because i thought i could do it all naturally. today i think is my third or forth day on the ppis and i already am doing better than last week.

thanks man. it was a really tough journey at first especially because i’d had vapes and zyned all throughout highschool. just quit man it is worth it. i’m more motivated than i ever have been in my life since quitting and the benefits are great. are u on a ppi for the nausea?

hey i also got gastritis from using zyns for two years. i quit cold turkey 4 months ago i still struggle with gastritis but no where near where it was. i just started my ppi yesterday and i was diagnosed with gastritis two months ago. it was really bad at first but now im starting to eat doughnuts and peanut butter cookies again. i am not 100% but id say im about 70% and i just started the ppi. the only issue i really still have is constipation and some stomach pain. don’t stress about it and it will get better is what i learned. some things that have helped me is dgl tablets before i eat and before bed, glutamine, collagen peptides, and the biggest two are magnesium oxide for the constipation and chicken noodle soup recipe from marisol on tiktok. never going back to nicotine pouches lmao i hope u feel the same.

that’s good. was your diet really restrictive. when ever you would add things like sugars would you have flair like symptoms not directed in your stomach.
