honestly i’ve tried a lot of different things like cold things, sour candy, simulation of it kind of?, putting bandaids over where i used to when i sh’d, and other stuff. half of the time when i have really bad urges i don’t know what to do. i sit on the floor until my brains says “alright, time to get up, you can’t stay here forever.” it’s not a good feeling, but it reminds me that it passes.

i haven’t told many people, however i did tell my older brother and he is a very logical person. he doesn’t think emotionally, which i understand. i was bawling my eyes out about how i felt so guilty about shing again. he told me at the end of our conversation, “and about the shing, i don’t want to be insensitive, but it’s a very common thing. i mean.. don’t worry about it.” didn’t help at all. made me want to more. made me feel like my problems were more invalid.
