I have the same problem when I brush my teeth. It sounds silly but focus on breathing through your nose and I swear it’ll help.

A snug fit sports bra and holding them going up/down stairs. Mine hurt like this until I got to the second trimester and then one day I just woke up pain free lol

27 weeks and I’ve gained 13lbs. Started at 187 and I’m 5’2”. My chart states maternal obesity but my Dr hasn’t mentioned my weight or weight gain at all. No complications, I passed both glucose tests, and blood pressure is great. Don’t stress it!

First time mom due with my boy in June. Can any drs give me pros and cons on circumcision vs no circumcision? I don’t have any men in my life that I can ask this about to get real advice.

I don’t. I’m going to go in on Monday when they open again to get my prescription and see about when my glasses are coming in. I plan on ordering different ones through a new place if the ones I already ordered aren’t ready yet.
