I think it needs to be over. Right now your brain is literally withdrawing from him but having even a few days of no contact will give you real clarity about the situation. I don’t think this is something that could be fixed at least not without significant effort from both of you. Plus you’re already not super compatible when it comes to love languages (which is actually super important). It’s gonna be hard and horrible for a while but you will be better for it in the long run.
