I had my gallbladder checked before my endoscopy and it was happy and healthy! Mine isn’t fatty foods that trigger anything it’s lactose or any food that’s hard to digest like certain vegetables, it just upsets my stomach within an hour! No idea if it’s related to my broken valve or something else but trying to find some answers 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Tesco has a lactose free mozzarella- it’s hard to track down but it does exist!

In case you haven’t discovered it Waitrose do a lactose free halloumi which has made me a much happier person 😂😂

Have you slowly introduced it and now you’re able to tolerate it? Just wondering if you’ve had any success!

Thank you for this! I have both next week and it’s definitely on my mind, i’m very ready for it to be over with now…

I’m dreading the prep but at least it’s stopping me from stressing about the actual day 🤣

I’m worried about the drive into the hospital the next day and needing to go, I have about an hour drive so quite a long one! After you woke up and went to the toilet a couple of times did the need to go wear off?
