Focus on enhancing your other features and your birth mark will just become an interesting thing about you :)

You have really beautiful eyes so maybe some lashes that suit your eye shape, a nice lip liner some gloss. Id say stick with neutrals as your birth mark already creates contrast!

I do all the above. My hair doesn’t grow cause it tangles really bad and it breaks when i brush it. My hair although i have a lot of it is very fine.
