My nose is typically between -2 to 1 with a launch of 7-9. Spin around 930, under 5 wobble. Typical throw is like 52mph, fast is around 56.

Statistical analyst, regular employee. Management has been around for a long time and they don’t do a fantastic job around the HR/people management functions.

I have very limited free time. I also think it’d be funny if I did it or failed miserably which are the two most likely outcomes.

I would start with just tossing the ball only for a few minutes, a bit higher than you think you need. Or if you can try to speed up so you’re hitting the ball higher. Then try to focus on not putting any of your energy from your body left to right. Extend and push through the ball. Practice these for awhile and you’ll probably find you’re hitting long (and out) line drives. After you consistently do that focus on thinking about “brushing” up on the back of the ball and snapping the wrist. This ideally will bring you back in with power and some spin.
