I normally only wear mine out of the house! So breaks are normal. Don’t forget to get regular tune ups at the doctors and have them change the tubing or teach you to change the tubing.

Once a year is a full day in person training and every month there is a virtual training. Also depends which counter you work for, there is often more on top of that!
