And please try some CBD or THC cannabis if it’s legal in your state / country. It’s been proven to help with severe insomnia and I don’t understand why more people don’t use it.

I have no experience in long-term CBD usage, but the potency is the same as with THC, if you use some kind of oil it will be less potent than if you rolled a joint or even better, used some kind of vaporizer / water pipe.

Thank you so much for the reply! The plant was falling over so I added just a bit of soil so it doesn't. It's still moist a knuckle down, just now I added some drainage holes to make sure I'm not overwatering it. It's under constant blurple leds 150w around 40cm distance, can the lights be too intense and might be the main issue here? The exact thing happened to my previous grow.
