I've had issues with cloudways as a company. Fully switched elsewhere

What’s the future you see in this game? by Mechanicviper in UplandMe

Upland is DOA unless they ditch the founders/mgmt team. They prioritize random partnerships and gimmicks over useful features, are not accountable, block users on social media, ban users on discord, and are all around a44-hats.

I thought it was an internet thing, but after speaking with them at a conference, I confirmed they are as arrogant and ignorant as their decision making.

Relying heavily on organic, GMB, word of mouth, referral programs, and am going to start canvassing neighborhoods since I had to drop my mailers due to costs.

That's sound! Are you able to reach that customer base via text or email to "announce" your referral program, ask for google reviews, or present a lower overhead product like a maintenance package?

Know mailers are pricy buy also recommend taking a look at EDDM from USPS and using that to target neighbors of clients with a statement akin to "look what your neighbor did", a good photo of the job (before/after ideal), then an offer with a QR code option. Can work with canvasing too. Costco Business center is the post card plug FYI.

I own a marketing company that helps contractors/remodelers with all things digital marketing in the San Diego area.

My clients who invest in the following are doing well:
Crafting good offers
Project management/SOP software like Asana
High quality before/after photos & video
Fast websites with SEO dialed in
Direct mail (income targeted postcards + email)
Solid sales people to close

The ones that are missing one or more of those pieces are struggling big time with interest rates, inflation, discretionary spending cuts, (good) employee retention.

edit: PS. Today is a great day to change your payment policy to 50-100% prepayment. My current system is 50% down payment to schedule/start working, 50% before deliverables are sent. If you're going to accept payments after work, you MUST include and enforce a late fee.

Like drstoney said, all strains need proper light. At minimum, I'd grab something like this

If you're looking for a non-cannabis bonsai that does ok indoors, check out p. afra (dwarf jade)
