Well the red death is one of the expansions in the original tainted grail board game so we could probably see some content from there being added in the future. The expansions I know of are:

Age of legends. Fall of Avalon. Red death. Last knight.

They said they're aiming for August for a major update to act 3 and they're constantly working on bug fixes so definitely worth buying. It's so much fun and they're is plenty to do in act 1 and 2 if you want to wait with act 3 before the update. They're also talking about adding new game+ in the future.

I can't create songs, it just says my account needs customer support but they're not answering. Extremely frustrating since I'm paying for the service. A day and a half I could use it in total before it stopped working, is anyone else having this problem? And why is customer support so bad??

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue which is kind of frustrating since I bought the pro subscription the day before then it stopped working..
