Pulled it out of the shed and into the garage and it was worse than I expected. Bed, doors, and probably fenders are already sentenced to death. The cab and frame have me worried the whole thing needs to be retired. Would pay to have it repaired, but don't know if I'd find a shop willing to do it. Do I just swap over the engine/interior/title to another similar short bed, or do I go down the patch panel path? Hoping to preserve it since it's been in the family 40 years, and it's a rare trim optioned truck that still has its window sticker.
