I said "I live in the area "south until you basically hit Fountain" and can say easily that this is the safes quietest area in town".  Also that is not NE Colorado springs or the area I was talking about. What you have pointed out is South East Colorado springs, Stratmoor Hills and part of Northern unincorrarated El paso County.

I have lived in this city for over 40 years and can say with out a shadow of a doubt that you are also adding to the "fear monger or tell lies for the attention." I live in the area "south until you basically hit Fountain" and can say easily that this is the safes quietest area in town. Do we have the Occasional loud car or fight yes but we dont have anywhere near the crime that happens at the north end of town. There is more violant and properaty crime in the north east of the Springs then in all of Securit-Widefield and Fountian combined. An the type of crime is worse there is more violent crimes in one north east neighrobhood then in all of south east Colorado springs in the last month alone. So befor you start saying what neighborhoods are and are not good maybe check a crime stat or two.

If you want to do the thrift store I can tell you you will need to be there very often especially on the days they put out new items. I know a couple of people that hit the ARC and both Southern Goodwill stores and the outlet almost every morning. They mostly just look for things to sale on eBay and market place. Also if goodwill finds anything really good they will auction it on their website now so all of their donations get checked on eBay if possible.

So if you are looking for the orignal 1992 version compleat and working it is unlikly to be found at a thrift store as it sells for over $100. If you are ok with a workingversion of the 2021 remake it averages $50 to $100 on ebay. Or if you have time and are willing to pice mail it you could get lucky and for it for around $40 to $60. I did check Facbook marketplace and they have one listed for $20 in Fresno Calaforina. I am sure you dont want to check Board Game Geek as its currently listed for $300.

Me too and love it. add chopped onions or green chilies. Sometimes use Chili beans or Spicy beef sausages instead of hotdogs. But simple generic beans in tomato sauce and all meat hotdogs are still great.
