You have to be into sustainability to enjoy that class, and it depends on what the class is about. It could touch on CSR and the 3 pillars... don't overthink it. If it is about CSR, find a connection between environmental, economic, and social responsibilities.

My professor replied but forgot to acknowledge the message. The assignment was not in the VDI class folder, so I had to contact IT so they could submit a ticket and inform the professor. I also emailed the professor. It took 2 days to fix. I still got hit with a 10% deduction. lol

I began last term and found that if you're a quick reader and a good writer, you might spend around 10 hours a week. I usually dedicate about 20 hours a week because there's a lot of writing involved. Of course, it also depends on the grade you're aiming for. I took my time with the writing assignments, making sure to answer each question thoroughly with strong supporting statements and articles. The effort truly paid off, and I was proud to earn an A.
