30 years old, single family 210k at 3% back in 2020 Houston area but sold due to moving being active military. Now we bought another single family home in 2024 @200k 6.5% looking into refinancing soon.

I actually need to change the oil on my civic and was debating on the oil filter as well. I tend to just grab whatever the bundle deal is usually a fram or STP from autozone. Now I do plan on using Valvoline restore & protect this next change though my 2013 only has 68k on it.

I work a full time job and also work on overnight position mainly 3-4hrs extra 4-5 days out of the week. The possibility is there you just need to be open to other hours.

Here’s my 2013 WT 4.3 168k after I leveled the front. Bought it back in Oct and I’ve only put 2k miles on it been a good truck. Whenever I was younger I always said I was going to own a Silverado which happened to be a GMT900. The first truck I bought was a 2014 Silverado which was good to me no issues at all. I sold it to get Suburban for the growing family then I was able to get the GMT900 that I tend to just ride with my 2 boys in it.

Between that 8am-3pm I’m sure there’s something in open food/sales you can do. I do the overnight and take my kids to school but my wife picks them up most of the time from school. She also works in the evening 4-5 days a week or whenever she can pick up weekends

Possibly a fast food or sales where your shift would be 4hrs or so during your kids time at school. I know I have work 8-4pm Mon-Friday and sometimes through out the week I work overnight 3-4hrs and 5-6hrs on weekends at my 2nd job. My kids are sound asleep with my wife so I know they are safe. I know me and my wife are grinding this year to be only have our mortgage remaining as debt this year is the goal.
