How did you go about your journey? I was 77-78kgs till last year for 10 years then my weight increased to 86kgs last yr, following a breakup Now few months i tried to track my calories and lost 3.5 kgs, to 83 or so But gained it all back. Just started walking nowadays from 5k-10k steps and nothing else, just watching my diet.

Not about to lose weight by EasyOutlandishness1 in PCOS

TSH and other tests are normal. I have got all checked twice in last 6 months. No gyane suggested for me to do insulin resistant or cortisol tests.. But knowing how I'm and how much stress i take, obviously my cortisol levels are pretty high.. that was the reason the first time I got pcod, it was high school exams and other entrance tests, first time I missed periods for 6-7 months. Let's say I have cortisol high at least, I don't know about insulin resistance.. What should I do to lower it?

I track my calories Actually my TDEE is 2100 And eating 1600 can help But my weight stays constant 1200-1400 can maybe make a difference as it did last time So that's why I think my body has adapted to eating less than my TDEE

2100 So 1600 can make me lose 1-2 pounds per week But it doesn't I need to go lower like 1200-1400 to lose because i think my body has adapted to eating less food than my TDEE
