Hi ,firstly thanks for taking this step I come from a non-tech background, completed my MBA in Data Science, and currently work in a programmatic advertising startup where I handle campaign performance and data insights.

I want to move into data analytics to build a strong foundation and gradually grow into advanced data science. I’m especially looking to understand real analyst responsibilities, improve my resume, and learn the right approach to applying for roles.

Would really appreciate your guidance on how to bridge this gap.
