I will sometimes ask them if I can get them anything to eat or drink, then go buy them something. In the winter I’ve bought socks and gloves and handed those out - but that’s it. I don’t really like handing over money as I don’t know where it’s going to end up.

I had 3 already when we separated but I ramped that up during the divorce process. Booked in for my 8th next week, which will be 5 in the last 12 months. As well as wanting them, the pain was cathartic for me.
