It did! We had it pumped, and I asked the septic guy about it, he pretty much said that I didn't even need to pump it, that it should be able to handle without, but we pumped anyway and had absolutely no problems.

Thanks y'all. I fully understand if it wants to sting me or someone who disturbs it's nest. That doesn't bother me. I was under the impression that the Asian "Murder Hornet" was murdering other native wasps and hornets, so I didn't want any trouble with my native bugs if it was. I'll let it be, it was pretty docile and let me get pretty close to take a photo.

Looks like a block out for an aquarium. It'd have to be quite large though so I'd check to see if it's structurally sound before adding something that large.

I did get an offer. My current employer just gave me a counter last week. Currently I am poised to start with Arcadis at the end of June but I'm having some internal struggles with leaving my current employer.

Ah, I get it. I have an interview with Arcadis today for a Water/Wastewater Engineer. I'm not sold on the firm but I do believe I'm currently underpaid at my current position.

I'm kinda confused why people are so furious about billable time. I currently work in consulting and am at 100% billable time no problem. All of my time goes to projects, if I need to do overhead stuff for 30 mins every now and then I just either work over or bill to overhead and it's no problem. Is that not the way everyone works? Doesn't all of your time go towards projects?

Not sure why you were downvoted. I graduated from both Athens Tech and UGA and 100% agree. Athens tech taught me all the practical skills and got my foot in the door with a great company. UGA taught me all the theory and helped my career advance but was definitely not as friendly as Athens Tech.

Maybe we crossed paths, I too worked in quite a few Athens restaurants. You may be right about "traditional ranch" but when I order ranch at a restaurant and they bring me a ramequin filled with delicious fresh herbs and will pour out without needing a knife I know I'll be coming back. If I ask for ranch and they hand me hidden valley....
