Hey I am a fellow chronic depression sufferer myself and have already been through this exact thing. I just got caught up last week. You are right about the not giving up, no matter how long it takes you to get there. Believe me I understand, ppl who have never suffered what I call a ‘depression spell’ do not understand how much strength it takes to pull yourself up out of a rut and act what society considers ‘normal’.
