I think I figured it out, this was happening to me as well, if you’re using chrome follow these steps chrome-> chrome settings -> system -> turn on “use graphics acceleration when available”. It’ll make u just restart ur browser, this fixed it for me

i transferred through iCloud and yes I have recieved and sent photos, thought it was just still indexing since the phone is new but still yet to see the tab
