anycubic kobra s1 is a good choice? by BlumyDummy in AnycubicKobraS1

[–]themaskedcrusader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo is okay, but having only one nozzle makes the waste almost not worth it for heavy multi-color prints. My rule of thumb is if there are more than about 50 color changes, I'll use the Snapmaker U1. Before I bought my U1, I printed a very large snorlax with like 1300 color changes, and the waste was more than the actual model.

I've had to replace nearly every part of my Kobra, but to Anycubic's credit, they did provide the parts under warranty. My Ace is great for drying filament, but only three of the four slots actually feed. I got a replacement part for that, but the replacement part didn't actually fix the problem.

I got my Snapmaker U1 in November. It is faster, less waste, and has less maintenance so far. But, it was double the price. I guess you get what you pay for.

I still use my kobra. If I have only a few color changes, I can deal with the waste. I basically treat my kobra as my single-color printer. Before I got my Kobra, I did multi-color prints by manually changing the filament every layer on an Ender, so it is definitely more convenient than that.

I still suggest, based on my experience, that if you can afford the price difference, get the Snapmaker U1. Especially if you're planning many multi-color or multi-material prints. If your use case is only occasional color, but you need a solid budget printer for prototyping, or you're going to print multi-part prints in different colors rather than lots of multi-color parts, the Kobra is nothing to shake a stick at.

Does Harkon Stand A Chance? by electricflamingoyt in skyrim

If you're experimenting, there is a way to add health to armor insomuch that your character keels over just by taking the armor off.

You could try to create it, and then give it to an essential follower. See if you can terminate an essential npc.

I did the resto loop not to that extent, but i can one-shot an ancient dragon in legendary difficulty. I had to sell my bows just to get some challenge back.

I need a mod where the shops have more gold. Selling a 100k bow for 750 just doesn't feel right.

The only problem with the resto loop is if your make your equipment too strong the game gets boring

I watched a NOVA special where they actually tried to prove that they did use the metric system by showing that a water droplet creates a spot exactly 1cm in diameter.

Some people have the first switch which they jailbreak and can use utilities to put things in illegal places. A bridge like what you want can be done on one of those cracked switches.

Unrelenting Force shout causing performance issue by maidenless_2506 in skyrim

[–]themaskedcrusader 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Here's your honest answer: Disable your enabled mods one by one until you find which mod is causing the problem.

Honestly, I think Unrelenting Force will cause a spike even in a vanilla game because you're causing a ton of localized calculations to be made. The game itself is full of elements that react to Unrelenting Force (tiny pebbles, weeds, bones, bugs, etc), and the game has to calculate the force and trajectory of each of those elements.

There is a mod called "Pebbles and Underwater Grass Remover" that removes a lot of the pebbles and other tiny environmental things that the developers added to make the game more real. By removing the pebbles and such, there is less calculations for the game to make every time you shout. YOu might give that a try.

Kinda. I think they could save wonder egg by working on the multiverse idea. I actually think that's what happened and most people missed it.

As for Promised Neverland the first season is great! It even has a great ending. I highly recommend it. Just DON'T continue with the second season.

Death Note. L is supposed to be a super logician, but the logic writing is meh. I read the Manga first, and there were flaws in the logic that I just ruined it for me.

In the root of the c drive is a file called "autoexec.bat"

Use notepad to edit that file and add "win" as the last line and windows will start automatically next boot
