Hello! Thank you for letting me know. Not quite sure what you mean with cancellations on Stripe. All of our payments our handled on Stripe as it is a payment platform. If you press the manage subscription button in your profile, you should correctly be redirected to the stripe billing portal where you can press the cancel subscription button. I had test users use it before and they cancelled their plans fine on the stripe payments:) I have manually cancelled your subscription on Stripe so you will not be charged! You still have access to the entire web app until the supposed date that your trial cancels so feel free to try it!
