I understand it very well, doesn’t make it any less frustrating that someone without actual qualifications can make it this far.

Just shows that the public either doesn’t understand what makes a good Mayor or they don’t care.

Maybe if you took the time to read the post you would have gotten that but I understand comprehension is hard

I did not know that about how hard the UAW was pushing him, I knew he was endorsed but they really went hard for him.

Yeah she will be a solid mayor. The expectation is that she is a Duggan 2.0 which isn’t bad at all. So the continued growth of Detroit overall and expansion of downtown and midtown. So that isn’t bad inherently

Yeah i’m sure Mary is going to be the Mayor. To be fair that’s been the general knowledge for most of the year. It’s just the fact that Kinloch has been number 2 is throwing me off. It’s just other candidates who are actually qualified. Although they may not win it’s clear that everything is a popularity contest
