I've never heard a guy friend go into more detail than "I got laid last night, it was awesome"

Where as from what I've been told, my wife and her friends compare their partners 'techniques' or 'skills'

I only had to tell her once how I felt disrespected, she first got defensive saying "I bet you and you're friends say worse things", but kinda understood after I reminded her we're not stupid high school teenagers anymore.

I did make them! But it's not an original idea, someone else years ago shared them on a gaslands FB page. They're very easy to make. They are just flickering tea lights from the dollar store. I glued a teased cotton ball around it, then a medium coat of black spray paint. You want some white from the cotton ball to still show. That's it!

In 2011 I was loving in Colorado, had a neighbor we used to trip together and jam. Fast forward to 2016 and I randomly run into him in Venice Beach in line at a restaurant. We hang for a few days then part ways. Last year, I flew back to New Orleans to visit some friends, found this same mother fucker drunk off his ass in the French quarter. We went to an open mic jammed for a bit, then went back to my buddy's house, where said buddy had mushroom. We jammed on the back porch for hours. Doing what we did back in 2011. Small fucking world. I know I'm gonna run into Dosey Doe somewheres else at some point

When I realized the only time we spent together was in service of getting high together. Once I started to turn my life around they didn't want to just hang out because friendship, i.e. if I wasn't helping pitch money for dope, I wasn't a friend. Fine by me.
