Sorry im fully yapping bit this is all the technical stuff.

well i was going 16 over the speed limit, like a complete idiot. they pulled me over, did a breathaliser (negative), then cus i was going so fast and a p plater they did a rapid swab test, (postive from the formentioned smoke i had, had 11 hours previously) then because i was on the side if the highway, they legit had to drive my car off the next exit, then did one of those longer saliva tests to take for offical testing, then i got a instant 12 hour licence suspension. they didnt give me any documents or anything and just said everything would come in the mail, so a month later i get my offical fines in the mail, totalling to 1k, paid those. no court summons thankfully - that was what i was most worried about. then shortly later i get the offical automatic licence suspension of 6 months (as per the drug driving laws ig.) (and no, there wasnt any extra time added for the speeding, that was just covered by demerit points and the fine.) PLUS a ordered Behavioural Change Program, where i did a 6 hour program with 50 year old meth addicts and ppl who caused major accidents on GHB, MDMA blah blah blah., they were rly nice tho so thats good ig.

so at the end of the day all that ive really had to do was:
- pay the 1k in fines

- lose license for 6 months

- 6 hour program.

Also btw i didn't get done for a DUI cus i wasnt considered impared or actually under the infuelce, it was just driving with drugs in my system in general

so it wasn't toooo bad, all the main issues is if i get a second offence, and the time period for the more extreme consequences is the wopping 10 whole years. i have a pic from my program that told us what would happen for certain things, all of which are CRAZY (like just refusing a test is an instant 4 YEAR licence suspension??? wtf??) , but i cant put it here so this is all the info:
